Still doing really well writing my book! It’s taking forever but I don’t mind because I’m enjoying the process.

I started Intermittent fasting again! I had massive success with this years ago, and after recently finding out my BMI is around 28 I decided I need to lose my gut, and intermittent fasting works really well for me.
